Week Nine Matchups

The CASINO went winless last week, but luckily, most of you pussies didn't bother with making a bet. The CASINO is now working in the red, and would love to see any new gamblers walking through the door. People in this league are starting to avoid the message board, their lineups, and the CASINO. Remember folks, there is money out there to be had.

GAME 1: Oinkpigs (6-2) vs. Banger9.5 (4-4)

The Oinkpigs went to the butcher last week, and Bill's team laid down what could be the biggest surprises of the entire season. It definitely took the CASINO by surprise, and many people who pick winners in the league by surprise. This week the not so mighty Pigs go up against Banger9.5 in a classic battle. It is no secret that these two owners have a love/hate relationship and there is maybe only 1 or 2 other teams in the league they would rather beat. They won't be mentioned.

The Oinkpigs hope to score big points from its polished RB combination. L.Tomlinson @ NYJ and B.Westbrook @ Was., will score well this week. But, the big points will come from C.Johnson @ Bal., Ji.Smith vs. Hou., and Roy Williams @ Min. We also like the fact that Pitt., faces turnover happy Farve and company. Banger9.5 brings in a banged up Roethlisberger @ GB, along with a banged up backfield combination of P.Holmes vs. Oak., and W.Parker @ GB. We expect both to play and possibly score quality points for the Bangers.

GAME 2: MyBrainHurts (5-3) vs. CosbySweaters (5-3)

Once again, there is a game this week that will possibly hold ramifications for the final standings during the regular season. It is not a surprise that these two owners meet up in a big game, it tends to happen a lot. Both of them will not hesitate to tell you their opinion of why. The CASINO believes more than a little luck has these teams in line to make money from the season standings. BrainPain is beginning to slip in the standings after a very hot start to the season. Also, a very low point total for the season indicates a team that is weakening through the middle part of the season. On the other hand, CosbySweaters has turned on the heat as of late with a small winning streak. Remaining steady throughout the season may very well win some money? We'll see.
