II Bowl III Winner
Running Mad went on to capture his first IIFFL championship with a 83.30 to 77.32 win over the 0!nkp!g$. Three years, three different champs.
II Bowl III
Running Mad has defeated number one seed BANGER9 and number eight seed Dublin GreenWave to advance to the championship game for the 2006 edition of the II Bowl. The 0!nkp!g$ took down seven seed Mud Whistles and three seed Tyrannical Teabaggers to get to his second II Bowl in three years. Over $300 is on the line for the match up between (4) Running Mad vs. (2) 0!nkp!g$. Running Mad defeated the 0!nkp!g$ 111.44 to 84.35 in week one and the 0!nkp!g$ defeated Running Mad in week eight 140.76 to 118.76.
Major Scoring Change
Yahoo! has made a scoring change that has affected the outcome of the Mr. Natalie Portman vs. Mud Whistles game. Mr. Natalie Portman's defense, Washington was deducted a single point for a sack they were credited for but never had. This change has change the 0.69 Mr. Natalie portman victory to a 0.39 Mud Whistles victory. The change has been reflected on all IIFFL affected pages now.
Dear NFL
Mr. Goodell, NFL staff and lawyers... the IIFFL would like to send their regrets to the sad news of Mr. Owens today. The IIFFL would also like to state that they were not involved with the attempted suicide of Mr. Owens. We all wish him the best, and look forward to seeing him on the field soon. So, Let's Go T.O.!

Draft Date
The 2006 IIFFL draft will be Sunday, September 3, 2006. We will be meeting in Robinson, Illinois at 6:00 pm.
Divisions and Schedule Set
The 2006 IIFFL divisions and schedule have been set. Competing in the West Division will be: 0!nkp!g$, Mr. Natalie Portman, Mud Whistles, Robintucky Raiders, Running Mad, and The Crosby Sweaters. On the other side in the East Division we have: BANGER9, Dublin GreenWave, I_Picks_Cotton, Let's Go T.O.!, Turd Fergusson, and the Tyrannical Teabaggers. For the moment you can only view the schedule on Yahoo's page. I will get the schedule this site later today or tomorrow.
Dublin GreenWave -- Final 2006 Entry
Yet another Ryan, this time Ryan Bryant brings his first year team the Dublin GreenWave into the IIFFL. You can view Ryan's profile on the teams page. Bryant joins Mick Bockstruck as the new arrivals for the 2006 season. Keep an eye out here and on the message board for more information regarding important dates and times as we prepare for the season.
Turd Fergusson Drops In
Ryan Corn finally arrives with his third year squad Turd Fergusson. Turd Ferugsson was a pretty powerful squad back in 2004 but had a disastrous year in 2005. Ryan's club followed up a '04 playoff birth with an awful 3-10-0 record last year. Turd doesn't appear to have many options in the keeper game this year. Clinton Portis looks to be about the best choice for a keeper heading into 2006.
Tyrannical Teabaggers are Gay
It is indeed a joyous and happy time in the Teabaggers camp. They're coming into 2006 with the #1 rated fantasy player just waiting to be declared their keeper. The Teabaggers had a respectable year in 2005 making the playoffs and finishing the entire season with a combined 9-7-0 record. They greatly improved over their 2004 campaign where they finished dead last with a 3-10-0 record which gave them a shot at the top pick in '05. GM Jon Holubiak was torn between Shaun Alexander and Peyton Manning come draft day last year. Alexander became the first overall pick at the 2005 draft and has become the franchise player of the Tyrannical Teabaggers.
Welcome I Picks Cotton
First time IIFFL GM Mick Bockstruck is the first new comer for the 2006 season. Mick hails from the Chicago, IL area near his good friend Jon Holubiak. The addition of I Picks Cotton guarantees us an Expansion Draft before the season. I'll try to get a time and date figured out for that to take place. I'll keep you posted here. Also, you can view Mick's profile on the teams page.
Robintucky Raiders Check In
It's been over a week since we've had any action, but Reggie Truitt is back from him vacation and back for another go. After just missing the playoffs last year the Robintucky Raiders would like to get their hands in the kitty again much like in 2004. Eight spots filled, four spots remaining.
Let's Go T.O.! -- Randy Reynolds Returns
Back for a third try with his third different team name. Randy would like to reach the post season for a second straight year. Let's Go T.O.! looks to be entering the 2006 season with not much RB talent. Ricky Williams is playing in the CFL, Duece McAllister now has Reggie Bush to play with, Jamal Lewis has the aging Mike Anderson to take away carries, and Fred Taylor is... just Fred Taylor. Randy might have the most important first round draft selection over any team this year.
The Crosby Sweaters
Well, Justin Parker has put an end to The Cosby Sweaters after two seasons. The Cosby Sweaters were close to the title, but never could reach it. He hopes to turn things around this year and a team name change is where he's starting. The Crosby Sweaters enters the 2006 season hoping to better their previous two years of fantasy football.
2005 Champion On Board
Ryan Woods brings his Mr. Natalie Portman club back to defend the IIFFL Championship. Be sure catch a glimpse of that championship trophy at the draft in September.
BANGER9 Joins the Party
Brad Boyd returns to his roots. He's dropped the 1/2 and he's back down to BANGER9. All that exercise paid off. Look out for the slimmer and faster BANGER9 in 2006.
Message Board Fixed
Ryan Woods emailed me to let me know that he couldn't get into the 2006 message board. I found the error and corrected it. Seems I forgot to give all the members read and write access to it. Please jump in there and vote on the division alignment poll.
Mud Whistles & Running Mad Back for More
Three teams in already. The Mud Whistles and Running Mad join the 0!nkp!g$ in the first day or registration. Three down... nine to go!
Registration Has Begun
The site is update, the 2006 message board is created, and the league is ready to start filling up. Please check your email for the invite or view this thread on the message board. Get in as soon as you can. Registration is open for returning members for a few weeks. I will be sending out invites to others in late June if all the slots are not filled up by then.
Cleaned Up for 2006 Season
Yahoo has opened up their league registration today. This led me to getting things ready for the 2006 season here on the IIFFL website. All the information from the previous seasons will now be located in the archives section. Enjoy the off season.
